ISO 9001:2008
Quality Management Systems
SRA received ISO 9001:2008 certification on November 6, 2009 based on an audit of our Quality Management System (QMS) by Orion Registrar. Developed by the International Organization for Standardization, the ISO 9000 series of standards provide a proven framework for processes that enable an organization to consistently deliver products and services that meet customer requirements. ISO 9001:2008 enables SRA to enhance customer satisfaction through: (1) the effective use of our QMS processes, (2) the assurance of conformity to requirements, and (3) continual improvement of our QMS processes.
Our ISO 9001 registration scope currently covers all products and services provided to customers of the following business units:
National Security Sector
- C4ISR Center (NC4I)
- Enterprise Logistics Solutions (NELS)
- Enterprise Systems Engineering (NESE)
- Homeland Security (NHLS)
- Intelligence & Space (NIS)
Health and Civil Services Sector
- Environmental and Organizational Services (EOS)
- Financial and Government Operations (FGO)
- Healthcare Programs and Solutions (HCP)
- Public Health Programs (PHP)
- Aviation Services Program
SRA will continue to broaden the scope of our ISO 9001 certification. For the next surveillance audit in November 2010, we are adding another business unit in the Health and Civil Services Sector to the scope of registration.
