David L. Matthews
Senior Vice President, Quality & Technical Operations
As Senior Vice President of Quality & Technical Operations, Dave Matthews provides oversight and leadership for the company’s integrated approach to technical execution, quality operations and project management methods throughout SRA. This includes being responsible for all aspects of systems engineering, technical oversight, quality assurance, process management and process improvement programs.
Matthews brings to SRA more than 33 years of functional and program management experience in a broad range of complex, aerospace product development for the United States Department of Defense, the Federal Aviation Administration and international clients. He has extensive experience in leading projects through all phases of pre-proposal, development, site installation and support.
Prior to joining SRA, Matthews served as Vice President for Engineering Project Management at Sensis Corporation, where he led the execution of a ground/air task oriented radar program and provided engineering activity definition and programmatic support.
Matthews holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.
