Army Infrastructure (IMOD) Contract
Subcontractor to Lucent Technologies
The objective of IMOD is to improve the fiber optic cable and wireless communications at military bases and installations worldwide, integrating voice, data, cable plan and/or transmission products and services into a single, integrated communications system.
- Host agency is the Army Contracting Agency, Information Technology E-Commerce Contracting Center (ACA-ITEC4), in conjunction with the Installation Information Infrastructure Modernization Program (I3MP) under PEO EIS
- Open to all Army, DoD, and other federal agencies
- $4B contract ceiling
